Over the years, many projects have been completed with much resulting in repeat business. The main focus of the work over that time has involved assisting property developers provide the advice and supporting information they need to have the best chance of obtaining planning permission for building projects. A growing side of the business is the provision of Arboricultural Method Statements, following the granting of planning permission. Argenta Tree Surveys is very experienced with a diverse range of arboricultural advice as well as trees and building projects.

2019
Marroway Lane, Witchford, Ely, Cambs
Tree survey and tree protection scheme submitted with full planning application and awaiting decision from Council. Feedback from Council regarding the tree survey was favourable.
Birchville Court, Bushey Heath, Herts
Planning permission granted for demolition of nursing home and former haulage yard and construction of 41 dwellings. Post-planning, tree related planning conditions were also discharged. Argenta Tree Surveys has been involved with this site since 2013.
Rookery Road, Wyboston, Beds
Planning application being considered for a new dwelling on a residential plot containing many trees. ATS has worked with the architect to propose a layout that retains most of the trees. Planning application awaiting Council's decision.
Houghton & Wyton Parish Council, Cambs
ATS was instructed to undertake a health & safety tree survey on all Parish Council sites. Report was submitted with tree surgery recommendations and the remedial safety works have already been carried out.
2018
St Neots Road, Sandy, Beds
ATS has been working closely with the client to produce a tree-friendly redevelopment of an office building set within a garden to incorporate this with some new residential units. The Council's decision is awaited.
Berrick Salome, Oxfordshire
This is an ongoing planning matter involving many and complex iterations of layout for residential redevelopment. ATS was engaged to undertake the tree survey at the very beginning and continues to be involved at every stage.
